1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs–free-range–beaten
1 tsp.vanilla extract
¾ cup of plain flour
2 Tbsp.cocoa powder
¼ cup pecans–chopped
Method:
Preheat the oven to 370°F. Grease a square cake tin and line it with baking paper. In a saucepan, over a low flame, melt the butter, sugar, and chocolate together. Stir this constantly before pouring it into a bowl to cool. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Sift the cocoa and flour into the chocolate mixture and combine well. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with pecans. Place in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the brownie is cooked and firm to the touch. Set aside to cool and then slice into desired portions. Enjoy.

Raspberry Brownie
