Apricot Cake

Ingredients :
For the crust :
2 eggs
8 oz. of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
1 pack of baking powder
10 oz. of flour
For the filling :
2.5 cups of milk
2 packs of vanilla pudding
6 spoons of sugar
3.5 oz. of butter
And :
20 oz. of apricots
1 cup of water
1.5 oz. of butter
7 oz. of whipped cream
Instructions :
1. Mix eggs and sugar until the mixture become white, add milk, oil, and flour mixed with powdered sugar.
2. Wash the apricots and cut them in half.
3. Put 5 spoons of sugar in a pan; add butter and then apricots- cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Put the apricots in an oiled baking tray and pour previously made mixture over them.
5. Bake at 225 F for about 15 minutes. When it is done turn the cake over so the apricots are on top.
6. Make vanilla pudding and pour it over the cake, now decorate it at your will with whipped cream and the rest of the apricots.
Berry Cake
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients :
3 eggs
4 spoons of sugar
3 spoons of flour
1 spoon of cocoa powder
½ pack of baking powder
13 oz. of berry fruits
5 spoons of sugar
1 cup of sweet cream
½ cup of milk
1 spoon of chocolate pudding
1 teaspoon of rum
3 oz. of chocolate for cooking
Instructions :
1. Whisk the egg whites.
2. Mix egg yolks with sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and whisked egg whites. Pour the mixture in the mold and bake at 250F for 10 minutes.
3. Cook fruits with sugar for about 10 minutes. Prepare the cream:
1. Cook milk, sweet cream, chocolate, and rum together. When melted, add a spoon of pudding.
2. Pour the fruits on the hot crust and add the cream on top right after.
3. Keep in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Biscuit Cake
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients :
2 packs of vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk
4 spoons of sugar
2 bananas
8 oz. of biscuits
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions :
1. Crush the biscuits and squish bananas with a fork.
2. Mix the bananas and biscuits.
3. Make the pudding and add it to the mixture also.
4. Sprinkle the mold with coconut and pour the mixture into it. Leave in the fridge overnight.
5. Decorate with whipped cream and fruit the day after.

Boom Cake

Ingredients :
For the crusts :
3 eggs
15 spoons of sugar
15 spoons of milk
13 spoons of flour
2 spoons of cocoa powder
1 pack of baking powder
4 cups of milk
17 oz. of butter
21 oz. of sugar
7 oz. of chocolate
12 oz. of ground biscuits
7 oz. of groundnuts
For decoration :
2 cups of whipped cream
7 oz. of chocolate
Instructions :
1. Prepare all the ingredients for the crust.
2. Mix eggs and sugar with mixer until the mixture becomes white, then, add milk and flour (which you have previously mixed with cocoa powder and baking powder). Mix everything well.
3. Put a baking sheet over the round baking tray and pour the mixture in. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 F for about 15 minutes.
4. When it is done, do the same process again and make the second crust.
5. Now prepare all the ingredients for the filling.
6. Pour milk into a bowl; add sugar, butter, and chocolate. Cook until it boils, then add ground biscuits and nuts. Leave it to chill for a while.
7. Cut the crusts in half (so you can get 4 thinner crusts). Add ¼ of the filling on every crust and layer them on top each other.
8. Leave the cake in the fridge for 2 hours and then decorate it as you wish.

Ingredients :
5 eggs
7 oz. of sugar
4 oz. of chocolate for cooking
7 oz. of butter
5 spoons of flour
1/2 pack of baking powder
13 oz. of cherries
2 packs of vanilla sugar
Glaze :
4 oz. of chocolate for cooking
1 cup of sweet cream
Instructions:
1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
2. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt, and then gradually add sugar. Mix until sugar is melted.
3. Now mix egg yolks with sugar. Add melted chocolate and butter. Mix well, and then add flour and baking powder while stirring gently.
4. Carefully blend both mixtures and pour into the buttered baking tray.
5. Cook the cherries with a glass of water and vanilla sugar. Strain them from water and put them on the crust. Do not throw away strained juice.
6. Bake at 225 F for about 40 minutes. As soon as it is baked, pour the juice over the cake.
7. Crush chocolate in sweet cream and melt while stirring constantly. Pour over the chilled cake and leave it to cool down.
8. Decorate to taste, enjoy!

For the crust :
6 eggs
6 oz. of sugar
1 oz. of starch
1 oz. of flour
1 tbsp. of milled orange crust
For the filling :
4 cups of milk
1 pack of chocolate pudding
8 spoons of flour
5 spoons of sugar
1 oz. of grated chocolate
1 oz. of chocolate
7 oz. of butter
3 oz. powdered sugar
Instructions :
1. Whisk the eggs while gradually adding sugar. Now add flour, starch and orange crust. Mix everything and pour in the mold. Bake at 225 F for 20 minutes.
2. When cold, cut in 3 even parts so you can get 3 thinner crusts.
3. Add pudding, flour, chocolate, and sugar in 4 cups of milk. Mix everything. Whisk the butter with powdered sugar and chocolate filling. Add grated chocolate and mix.
4. Fill the cake with the mixture.

Coconut Cake

Ingredients :
For the crust:
4 eggs
10 spoons of sugar
½ cup of milk
½ cup of oil
12 spoons flour
1 vanilla sugar
1 pack of baking powder
1 spoon of cocoa powder
1 cup of instant coffee
Filling :
2.5 cups of milk
3 oz. of coconut flour
5 spoons of grits
8 spoons of sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
For the glaze :
1 cup of melted chocolate
Few spoons of oil
Instructions :
1. Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk the egg whites with 4 spoons of sugar. Mix the egg yolks with 6 spoons of sugar, add milk and oil. Blend well then add flour and baking powder. Now gently add the egg whites and sugar mixture.
2. Split the mixture into 2 parts. In one part, add a bit of warm water, cocoa powder, and instant coffee. Pour this part of the mixture in a baking tray and bake at 225 F until it gets a nice color.
3. Blend the coconut, grits, sugar, vanilla sugar and sprinkle with milk. Cook everything until it boils while stirring constantly.
4. Add this mixture to the other part of the crust and bake for about 25 minutes at 225 F.
5. Melt chocolate with some oil on steam and pour over the first crust, and then put the second crust on the top.
6. After this, pour the chocolate on the top of the cake too.
7. Serve when the glaze is thickened.

Ingredients :
4 eggs
4 oz. of sugar
5 spoons of flour
1/2 pack of baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
2 spoons of oil
3 spoons of milk
For the cream :
1 pack of vanilla pudding
2 cups of milk
4 spoons of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. of butter
1 pack of red food color
For the dressing :
½ cup of water
2 spoons of sugar Rum
Instructions :
1. Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Add oil and mix, now add milk and mix again. Gradually, add flour to the baking powder and mix everything gently. In the end, add whisked egg whites. Bake at 225 F for 15 minutes.
3. When the crust is baked, leave it to cool down and cut in half. Cut one half on dices.
4. Cook the pudding and when it is cooled down add butter.
5. Return the one half of the crust that you haven’t cut on pieces in the mold.
6. Boil water with a bit of sugar and rum. Pour the dressing over the other half of the crust (that you have previously cut). Sprinkle everything with some food color. Now add dices in the mold also.
7. Now pour cream on top of everything. In the end, you can add a bit of melted chocolate.
8. Enjoy.

For the filling :
4 egg yolks

9 spoons of flour
3 packs of vanilla sugar
7 oz. of butter
1 tbsp. of milled orange crust
3 cups of milk
Glaze :

1 tbsp. of oil
Instructions :
1. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla; add flour and ½ cup of milk.
2. Boil the rest of the milk and put off the stove, add egg yolks and orange crust. Stir until thickened. Add butter and blend everything well.
3. Spread the filling all over the crusts. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
4. Melt the chocolate on steam and pour over the cake. After this, put the cake back in the fridge for another hour.
