Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, finely chopped
2/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
freshly ground pepper
Directions: Mix the artichoke hearts with the softened cream cheese and Parmesan. Season with a bit of freshly ground pepper and put the mixture in a small deep dish baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven on high heat 20 minutes until the cheese becomes bubbling.

2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

2 cups canned white beans, drained
2 garlic cloves

Directions: Put the white beans in a food processor. Add the garlic, curry powder, soy sauce, and coriander and pulse a few times until smooth. Mix in the olive oil then adjusts the taste with salt if needed and a touch of freshly ground pepper.

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz roasted bell peppers
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons yogurt
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes pepper
Directions: Crumble the feta cheese in a food processor or blender. Add the bell peppers and garlic clove and pulse a few times until smooth. Mix in the yogurt, chili flakes and olive oil then season with a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Enjoy!

6 oz sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil
1 garlic clove, minced salt, pepper
Directions: Put the sour cream in a bowl and stir in the buttermilk. When smooth and creamy, add the fresh chopped herbs and the garlic then adjust the taste with a pinch of freshly ground pepper and salt. Pour in a bowl and serve. Enjoy!

5 red chilies

Directions: Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium flame and sauté the onion and garlic 1 minute. Remove from heat and let it cool down a few minutes then using a hand blender, puree the mixture until fine and smooth. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.
